Destinations and treks are maintained by our editors and refreshed each season. Where a trek has been assessed, its page says whether the trail is open, closing soon or closed.
What we will not do
Pass an ungraded trail off as a green light. Where a trek has not been assessed, the page says so: it is a gap in what we know, not a promise.
