Sign in once and the places you save on the site are on your phone at the trailhead, offline maps included.
Apple sign-in works in the iPhone app. On the web, use Google or email for now; they reach the same account if it uses the same address.
Browse without an account as long as you like. Signing in is only needed to save a place or record a walk.
